How do I request a Replacement Credit?

We hate when a postcard fails to reach your loved one. And for that reason, our policy is pretty simple.


The honesty free credit policy:

Once your recruit graduates from boot camp just let us know what cards were not delivered, and we will add those credits to your account. You can then use your credits to send a postcard to your new service member or a friend.


Email support@mondaydelivery.com with your order number and graduation date to receive your credit.
