When is the last date to send cards for BST 21?

To encourage your SR for Battle Stations 21 please send your postcard according to the schedule below. Once the final week of training begins mail delivery is not guaranteed by the military mail room. You are encouraged to send your last postcards and letters two weeks prior to the PIR date.
